I got the flu this week, like everyone in the world got. After Chris showed me the wonderfulness that is JG Quintel’s Regular Show on Sunday for the first time (huge cultural blind spot, I am only one man!) I devoured 4 seasons of Regular Show while sick and drowning in Nyquil and Tylenol Flu. Somewhere along the way, I wrote this song. I think? It’s probably why the beat is so insane. It sounded good while messed up on flu meds and having a fever.

I recorded it today, the first day I’ve felt healthy enough to stand up for more than an hour. I hope you like it. I really love Regular Show. It may be my new favoritest thing.
