Adam WarRock has taken his lifelong obsession with pop culture and hip hop and created an Internet sensation. His seamless blend of independent hip hop and pop cultural sensibility has firmly established Adam WarRock as a name to watch for in the current music scene. In the words of the biggest pop cultural sites and figures on and off the web, Adam WarRock is “not just Internet good. It is goddamn brilliant” [1]

Having quit his job as a lawyer to pursue a career in music, Adam WarRock embodies the do-it-yourself aesthetic of independent music. Through his tireless music production and touring, Adam WarRock has used his nerd and geek sensibility to tap into the current culture, catching attention from the biggest figures and sites on the web. Whether being personally cited by Nathan Fillion for his Firely-inspired Browncoats Mixtape, praised by TV critics and cast members for his Parks & Rec EP, or made fans out of artists and writers for his comic book-influenced music, he’s gained the respect of the most fickle audiences and harshest critics around.

Adam WarRock continues to bring his music to new audiences, having opened for such marquee acts like mc chris, MC Frontalot, MC Lars, and more. Having recently showcased at the legendary SXSW Music Festival in Austin, TX, he continues to turn the heads of music fans, nerds and geeks, and people who love sincere, personal and well-crafted music. As written in SF Weekly, “Hip hop heads and [nerds] alike will have at least one aspect of his music to carry them through. And for those who fall in the center of that rap/geek Venn diagram, damn it, you’re in luck.” [2] Or maybe it’s just easier to say it like so many others have: “I don’t know how else to describe it, but it’s awesome.” [3]
